Buckwheat Pancake Mix

Polly's Buckwheat pancake mix is made from stone ground organic grains. They stone grind them right at their restaurant in Sugar Hill. This allows them to be the freshest and fluffiest buckwheat pancakes possible. They have a nice nutty flavor and pleasing texture. They are for the more adventurous pancake lover whose looking to try something a little different. Due to their nutty flavor they lend themselves to all sorts of savory and sweet flavors. 

26 oz. serves 6-8 people. 

Ingredients: No added sugar. Stone ground organic white buckwheat, stone ground organic kasha (brown buckwheat). King Arthur unbleached flour, baking powder, salt.
