Pure maple syrup in the form of a cream spread. Maple cream is sometimes referred to as maple butter. This spread will melt right into your toast, muffins or bagel. It’s great on crackers too. Maple cream may have a tendency to separate – this is no problem. Just stir and it will blend back into a cream. Store in the refrigerator. If you find it too stiff to spread when you take it out, just pop it into the microwave for a few seconds and it softens right up.
