Normally, a coffee cherry contains two coffee beans. When only one bean is fertilized, the cherry produces an oval pea-shaped bean called a peaberry This Tanzanian peaberry coffee is lighter bodied with an intense tanginess and a snappy flavor complemented by a sharp, penetrating aroma.
